How can reduce weight

                                                       It is a health tip diet package for,who is  suffering health problems due to heavy body weight ,within days you will get good result from this diet if you are following the diet package.This is not a compel package diet or we are not compelling  you for a particular diet,you can change your diet as per your satisfaction but you should follow the below mentioned simple regulations. It was success in my life,i reduced 14 kg within 2 months also my blood sugar level is normal ,now i have a fit body.

                                                       As you know our body weight depends our height.,if you manage your  body weight depends your height sure your body is fit.Your height is 175 cm your weight should be 75 kg, it is a very simple calculation you should  minus 100 from your height.(eg-175cm - 75 =75kg)

                                                       High body weight makes many health problems in our life,it has badly affects our total health system and it will disorder our blood sugar level cholesterol and blood pressure etc...

1,THIS DIET WILL BE A REMEDY FOR DIABETIC PATIENTS ALSO.
2,YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AS FOLLOWS.

                                                              BREAK FAST
1,WAKE UP FROM SLEEP DRINK TWO GLASS OF WATER.
2,AFTER 10 TO 15 MINUTES  , DRINK A BUTTER COFFEE  WITHOUT SUGAR ,USE ONLY ONE TEASPOON BUTTER IN YOUR BED COFFEE.I AM USING KERRY GOLD BUTTER,IF YOU CAN MAKE BUTTER AT HOME IS BETTER.
3,AFTER THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BREAK FAST
    TWO or THREE EGGS/VEG SALAD/OMELET OR ANY FOOD YOU CAN EAT WHICH              CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT SHOULD BE BELOW 10%
    AVOID SUGAR FROM ALL OF YOUR DIET
    USE OLIVE OIL/COCONUT OIL/CANOLA OIL BUTTER INSTEAD OF OTHER OILS
    USE VEGETABLES ONLY FROM ABOVE GROUND LEVEL
    AVOID MORE SWEET CONTENT FRUITS
   
                                                              LUNCH
1, YOU CAN EAT CHICKEN/MUTTON /BEEF/ FISH VEGETABLE SALAD/VEGETABLE               SOUP Etc..
2,  AVOID RICE, BREAD/  POTATO OR OTHER FLOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR LUNCH.

      YOU CAN MAKE YOUR DIET TABLE AFTER REFER THE CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT.
      CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT SHOULD BE BELOW 10% FOR ALL OF YOUR MENU.

      AVOID SUGAR FROM ALL OF YOUR DIET
      USE OLIVE OIL/COCONUT OIL/BUTTER INSTEAD OF OTHER OILS
      USE VEGETABLE ONLY FORM ABOVE GROUND LEVEL
      AVOID MORE SWEET CONTENT FRUITS
      YOU CAN EAT NUTS ON INTERVALS (ALMOND,                                                                            PISTACHIO,WALNUT,CASHEW,PEANUT Etc..
         
                                                             
                                                              DINNER
   1,YOU COMPLETE YOUR DINNER ONE HOUR  BEFORE SLEEPING.
   2, IT IS BETTER TO DRINK A JUICE LIKE AVOCADO with MILK,ALMOND with MILK Etc
   3,  ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED FOOD YOU CAN INCLUDE YOUR DINNER BUT ITS              QUANTITY SHOULD BE VERY LOW.

        YOU ALWAYS BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT IN YOUR                   DIET

        I AM SURE YOU CAN REDUCE  YOUR WEIGHT VERY SOON IF YOU ARE STRICTLY          FOLLOW THIS DIET.

        DIABETIC PATIENTS WILL GET POSITIVE RESULTS WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM                STARTING THE DIET
